With over 40 years of combined litigation experience, Todd and Jayme represent insurance carriers and employers in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, workers’ compensation subrogation, medical fee disputes, and defense of accusations of employer willful misconduct. They assist their clients in mitigating exposure in workers’ compensation, general casualty/civil insurance defense, subrogation, and provide excellent client guidance navigating through the complexities of the Kentucky workers’ compensation system. They are seasoned in handling pre-litigation issues and directing claims through discovery, motion practice, and attendance at Benefit Review Conferences and Hearings with the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims (DWC). They have handled thousands of workers’ compensation cases, and are accomplished negotiators for settlement of claims and mitigation of potential loss.
